Getting my long run out of the way. Now that Cindy N.'s marathon training is on Saturday mornings I have to get creative with when I get my long run in. Stein L. was able to meet up so we got the run in early this a.m. Conversation kept us going through a very humid run.

So nice of you to re-arrange things so Cindy can train too. She and I are some lucky ladies to have flexible running husbands!

Why does 'creative' usually always mean early for runners? Most creatives I know are not morning people. Good run!

Look at you boys go! Love it. Saw a lot of Friday long runs yesterday! Conversation is what got me through yesterday's, too.
