Great morning temps were about perfect. I accidentally did 9 mile instead of 8. That's what happens when you improv your running route. I wore my new cape (dailymile singlet)

?oD: If we are what we eat what would you be?? created by Michelle - Lately I would be some form of bean. Last night I had crabs so I could be crabby too.

This looks absolutely wonderful! I wish I lived closer to the ocean so I could eat things like this more often. As far as my eating goes lately, I would be some form of ice cream.

Yes it is dead, I wasn't a native to Maryland. When I first got here I thought they looked like big spiders.

My wife's family is from Maryland and whenever we go down to visit we always spend one night wasting hours with friends and family devouring a bushel of crabs and a bucket of Yuengling. Old Bay and Yuengling always remind me of summer in Maryland.
