    Went on a nice, cool hike with my family this afternoon. My right knee is pretty sore because of running the other day. Chilling out now and resting my legs.

      Andy - the race was raising money for mental health awareness. I know of people who struggle with anxiety and depression, and I personally suffer from anxiety. It seemed like a great cause and I met some cool people!

    I participated in the Strong Body Strong Mind 5K Race in Hickory this morning. I placed 1st in my age group and 22nd overall! Also, I got a PR for my race time! Very happy!
