      nice :-) I love long, slow runs in cool weather... seriously, i could run 6-8 miles every Sunday if the weather were perfect and the scenery nice.

      BTW are you doing RnR New York again? I thought about it, but I just did SI Half and have another half on Sunday, so I figured doing a 10K the day before would be risky for me.
