    Great two loop ride with approximately 2800 feet on climbing per loop followed by a 4.5 mile run @ 8:30. Tomorrow, the taper begins!!!

    Encinitas to Dana Point 81 mi 04:44 17.1mph pace

    Legs started out dead from a 16 mile run the day before, but they began to come around after about 3 hours.

      This Wednesday we will be doing two loops of the Solana, RSF, Oside loop. Should be about 90+ and then a transition run.
