  1. RUN
good Clinton Country Run 15K 9.3 mi 01:04 06:49 pace

Just ran my fastest 15K since July 2009, 5 days post-Boston. Won my age group. How crazy is that? I kept on waiting for my quads to go south, but they just maintained an even soreness.
