      Stupid streaking is when you don't have clothes -- remember? Be smart and take it slow and easy. Ice if you need to and let the streak end if you will be permanently injured.

      I ran a decent 12 plus miles today. ICE is good to me. Who needs the "R"? I'm taking my own advice that I often give to the kids I run with, "You're young, you will recover!" lol ---- I have never attempted a streak in my 41 years of running. I have to do something to keep my goals fresh.... Did the R2R2R last year, and won a few of MUT ultras this year (age group win, that is).... so that is where it is at! Thanks wildflower! Let's run sometime!
