    This was a very hilly 5k, the winning time was 22:51 so definitely a slow course. I came in middle of the pack, which is good for me! It was trail so I was happy I liked the course.

      Thanks, a friend suggested I do a 2 week streak to get me out of my funk. Think I might keep it going. This week is taper week though with a 12hr run on Sat. So shortie runs for the streak ;)
