    I liked it, walked fast on the treadmill for 35 mins at a slight incline, then moved on to a rapid ME workout Flinger found on youtube.

    Been SO long since I have logged anything here! I am still working out, if anything I am working harder. Did bodyshop today and died.

  3. Been working out regularly, just been so busy I hardly have a minute to log here. Did half hour uphill treadmill walking then half hour Zumba, followed by abs and stretching.

    Terrible. I was so drained. The only thing different I have done is I drank too much wine over 48 hours ago....could that be it? Blech.

    Was a bit too chatty, but still got a good work out in. I did something to my shoulder this weekend making pushups way difficult.

      Be VERY careful! I strained my right rotator cuff (sp?) almost 3 years ago doing yoga and to this DAY I still have not regained full strength on that side. It took almost a full year before I could do anything with it. BLOWS! It sort of felt like a burning sensation in the front of my shoulder and it was super hard to reach in the back seat of the car and get my purse (sounds odd, but it's a good test if you can't reach behind and pick something up). I hope it heals. Take er' easy for sure!

      I hear ya! I didn't push it on Tuesday at all, even sat out some of the pushups. We'll see how today goes.

    Great hike to the summit (2700ft), absolutely NO view though, unless clouds count.
