Notes from the week . . .
- a heavier mileage week than normal - about 20% more than average baseline
- body, spirit and mind feels good
- got a bit caught up in the data and gadget world and went back to my roots of running by feel and ignoring data such as heart rate, stride rate, etc. - if I feel good, that's all the data I need
