I decided to take it nice and very easy. After taking a rest day due to a sore left calf from running through all that deep snow and over ice the other day, I think I'll run very easy for the next 5-7 days. I also have the sore right groin from tennis so basically I have a few thing nagging me so taking a cautious approach for a few days is best. This is this wisdom I've gained from all my years as a hard headed and reckless runner. I don't want to interrupt my 4 year injury free running streak :) so as the Eagles say, "take it easy, take it easy" :) . . . easy running for the next week


Every time I get close to overdoing it, I'm going to refer back to this post. Always wisdom in your methodology. I just wish it were more contagious. ;-)
