The dirt trails were still icy and snow packed and I could not run on the roads again (too hard on the body in my opinion) but lucky for me there's a series of dirt roads (about 1.5 miles) so I just looped up and down the dirt roads. Road running is the death of many runners in my opinion so I limit my hard surface running. It felt great to be back on the dirt. It was pretty cold so I opted for a short maintenance run but it was worth it.
