Just heard on the news...it has officially hit 103 here in Vancouver. I thought it felt Texas hot out! This was a great hike with @robin w. @Shelly a. and @Cheryl w.. My first hike in years. First time in Forest Park. First hot day of the summer. Thanks for threatening to kidnap me, ladies! Lol

It was still pretty hot! Lol. That was my first time there. So beautiful! I would love to go back. I wonder if it would make a good training place for the Silver Falls 26.2?

Beautiful miles!! Is that where those amorous slugs were? I have run up the side of the mountain to get to Forest Park but never ran in any further than the water fountain at the gate. I hope to run inside it sometime before the rains come back.
