That. Was. Tough. I spent much of my time feeling as though I was going to barf. Why is getting back into the swing of running so difficult??? It has only been a few weeks. Gah. The good news is, my first 2 miles were with an average pace of 9:36. Go me!


Nice pace on those 2 miles! I haven't been on a consistent running plan since the Vancouver Marathon and it's taking me a bit to get back into the swing of things so you're not the only one. I think it's common for lots of people. You'll get there soon! Great job pushing yourself through this run!
