The was the toning part of my class tonight. Usually don't log it this way, but wasn't really sure how to go about doing so tonight considering I had to leave class part way through. It is what it is! :)


Sounds likes you were very productive, minus the 4 minutes on the elliptical. By the way, I hate the elliptical!!!
