Cardio/Pump class with spinning 00:20

I was probably on the bike 20 minutes total (including before class actually started), when my son's spin bike pedal snapped off like a twig. lol I handed over my bike for him to use. Went into the gym to lift weights for a bit. Came back into class once they started plank work, weights, sit ups, and push ups. I was glad to leave during spin time. My butt still aches from yesterday's 20 mile ride! :)
