Beautiful day to run outside!!!! 70 degrees, sunny, warm, fabulous. First run since the half marathon Sunday. Lots and lots of knee pain. Tomorrow's physical therapy appointment will be a painful one I'm sure.

It was too nice too pass up. We haven't seen sun or snowless streets in what seems like forever. I brought Disney magic home with me! lol Found out today at my PT appointment that I'm not allowed to do ANYTHING for a week. Not even walking. So I'm glad I went out last night.

Yep. It had been so much better & not bugging me at all. I think it was the slanted / sloped road between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom that did me in. I tried running in the grass as much as possible to avoid it, but some of it couldn't be avoided. Sometimes it just hurts for no apparent reason. So who knows.

Glad you had a fun time! We've never been to Universal...so you'll have to let me know the must do rides. :)

Those slopes were horrible! I deal with IT Band issue too (went to PT after my first half) and I was worried the slopes were going to hurt me! Hopefully the time off and PT will get you back to normal.

Universal was so much fun! We actually went twice b/c my daughter loved it. My favorite was the Simpsons ride.

Just started getting over the IT Band myself. Put me on the shelf for quite a few weeks which totally sucked. The only thing you can really do is stretch and give it time.
