2.25 outdoors. It was cold, rainy, wet, and miserable. So I hauled my fanny up to the Y to do the remaining 7.75 miles. My knee started to feel pressure around mile 7. It never started to hurt, though. YAY! It simply let me know it was there. The half marathon is 13 days away.

This is *it* for long runs. My husband is pushing for one more, but my knee and hip are saying "back off, dude!". lol Time to taper. Work in just a couple more short runs & I'm calling it good. I feel good. I feel like I can handle the 13.1. My blisters will tell you a different story, though. lmao

I hear that!! Most training plans only go up to 10 miles. You'll finish the last 3 on adrenaline! I'm so excited - I cannot believe we fly out NEXT WEEK!!
