I struggled with this one. My glute is still jacked up. My lower back is hurting due to my jacked up ass muscle. However, I'm getting better. That's all that matters. :)

Someone posted a link to them on FB...and I actually followed the link and bought them. They were my gift 9to myself) for going back to college. :) I start Monday morning, and I'm super nervous. I think I'll wear my new socks to remind myself that I'm awesome. lol

My torn glute and I start physical therapy today. I have mixed feelings. I like moving forward, but I dislike the pain that PT seems to bring. :)
