    I struggled with this one. My glute is still jacked up. My lower back is hurting due to my jacked up ass muscle. However, I'm getting better. That's all that matters. :)

  14. My torn glute and I start physical therapy today. I have mixed feelings. I like moving forward, but I dislike the pain that PT seems to bring. :)
