Slower than "normal," but at least I didn't walk! Even after not running for 3+ weeks (though I did still do various activity in Alaska), so I call this a success! The last few runs were really sucky, so it was nice to have an adequate one.
Ran up the hill on the way home... That was a bad idea... Nearly passed out... Gotta just ease back into it... :)
