Warm up run for the marathon Sunday. Felt ok but the top of my right foot is still hurting a little bit. Questionable for Sunday's marathon. 60/40 chance I'll run it. Feeling kind of defeated right now. Great training over the last 6 month. Foot starts to hurt a little 7 days before the marathon. Arg!

    Do what you gotta do. We can see you trained and were ready; there are other races to run. My brother-in-law ruined his knee from over-training and can no longer run.
