This run felt sooooooo good :) Was debating if I should even go because I had been on my feet much of my shift at work and the ankle was a little swollen and sore when I came home. I headed out anyway and once I got going I felt much better about it and the soreness went away. Came home feeling pretty amazing. I took two short walk breaks on this, but I'm very happy with the run overall!
