    Left hip has been bothering me consistently since I pulled a muscle there. Yoga was a challenge with it acting up tonight, but it always seems to feel better after class.

    Pulled a muscle in my left gluteus yesterday which made a couple of the poses pretty difficult and painful tonight. Did as much as I felt comfortable and walking much better now that it's done :)
