good Mendocino Miles 6 mi

I didn't actually do any running while visiting Mendocino since I was too busy enjoying the lovely bed and breakfast experience I as sharing with the honey on her birthday. But after over three hours of being cooped up in a car driving home, I knew I needed to get out and stretch the legs with a nice evening run (so glad we have an extra hour of daylight now). First mile--always slow as there's a good uphill portion at the start of the route--but I averaged seven minute miles over the remaining five miles. Not too shabby, but splits aren't like diving scores; you can't throw out the highs and the lows.
