      You are running! Hip good? I need to run more. Maybe we could run towards each other and eventually meet up in, hmmm, Maybe Beaumont? LOL You certainly would run there faster than me!

      Hip is FINALLY good! Just started running again. I am slow and hill-shy but getting stronger. So happy to run again. Are there any half marathons near there in late summer? Miss you so much.

      Half's? hmmm not sure, probably. Not completely sure I can run one though. I did something to my hip the last half when I didn't train for it and now when I run long distances, over 5, it pops when I run. Yoga fixes it but it starts again when I run. haven't run lately, scared of it. Running a 5k this weekend. I'll look for races.

      I love it. I get myself in trouble because I love it! I had to stop running for months after I somehow hurt my iliopsoas muscle and am finally running again, but PACING myself. SO hard for me to do.

    It rained the whole raced and we were drenched! My little man rocked his first 5k! So proud!

      He was so cute. He is almost nine, but he held my hand for a lot of it (which made me smile). My oldest has run 2 with me, but this was his first. Now he wants to run therm all! I told him he needs to get a job to pay for his race fees and he needs to knock about 2.5 minutes/mile off his time. He said......ok. When is the next one?! Love it.

    Have not been running lately and decided to run today, on the treadmill, in the gym. Forgot how much I HATE running indoors! But I did it and I will do it again tomorrow.

      I loathe the mill and will do almost ANTHING to avoid it. I'm lucky if I can hit 3 miles! Good job for sticking it out.
