Brick run with Chad B. HR monitor said 219 at one point, so I'm pretty sure the reading was wrong (since I'm still alive and all).

Good workouts today. It was extremely humid and very hot. I sweated so much that my hands had the raisin effect going on--I've never had that happen from a workout.
