    What pilates? This wasn't pilates! This was cardio with hand weights. With a tad bit of pilates at the end. Good workout! Got my heart beating. :)

    Didn't finish it, as I was feeling quite tired out, in general. Thanks to my crappy eating lately (But it's getting better! FINALLY I'm getting used to my braces). I probably only had 15-20 minutes left. :p Made it to 200 calories burned, at least!

      As for the meal plan, this afternoon I made menu planning sheets in Word. I already have a meal plan created by my Dietician, however I've got various modifications to it. For me, I find menu planning (and just planning ahead) very crucial. It keeps me accountable! Secondly, as for your workout- you did the best you could given the circumstances. Don't be so hard on yourself!

  5. Not feeling motivated this week. Because of my new braces, I've been lucky to consume 1000 calories a day the last few days...Not enough calories to give me energy for exercise. Hope tomorrow will be SO much better!
