    I am so sore! I did run it while sick so I had to stop a few times. The race was great! Very well but together. I'll be posting a full update on my running blog though later this week.

    My knees finally felt good enough to go for a run. It was a crazy day so I didn't do it until 9pm. Not a fan of running at night! It got done though!
