Didn't do anything according to a plan, I just decided I would run "fast" to see how it felt, and go as long as I felt I could, then walk long enough to catch my breath and do it again. I think I ended up mostly doing .25 - .35 mile intervals at about a 9:00-9:20 pace, then walk for about .10 until I got to 2.5 miles (my destination).
Felt good to kind of work on some "speed" again and push myself a little more!
Forgot how much it sucks to push yourself really hard and your over all pace is still as slow as normal, if not slower though, ha!


It does suck to see your overall pace, but I am really seeing the results of doing that speed work. Keep it up.
