      I have that problem now too. I saw someone, he gave me some good stretches, they really help! Stretch lots and often, hug those legs!

      i feel like we always have the same problems! lol sorry to hear you're going through it too! what kind of stretches did he say to do? i'm trying to hold out on going to see someone since everything costs so much! lol
