    Met with En Fuego and ran 1st mile with them. Went my own pace afterwards, I knew to take it easy to get my miles in. I was happy to run with the group.

      THurt! When I came back from injury after being out for 4 months that is exactly what I did: I ran only 2 miles each day the first week, then added a mile couple weeks later, etc. Good job!!! Keep it up

      I am doing the Disney half in September, but I have to wait until 1/22/13 to sign up. I might do San Diego rock and roll if, I can average 40 miles a week by March.

    I got two side stitches, I toughed it out. It was I hot one! Ran a 1/2 mile with my daughter prior to my two miles. She ran awesome 5:44.
