early morning run - felt good the first half hour then started to poop out - got back in a groove after a quick walk break . . . then GI issues kicked in - burping up oatmeal while running past a bbq place is not a good combination - took a quick pitstop - felt a bit better and wanted to to pick it up at the end but didn't push too hard due to the GI stuff . . .
