about 4 miles of hiking in about three hours at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary with the fiance - beautiful sunny day, bit windy and muddy but overall great - a nice change from the gym

i guess not such a bad pace for a super long day, legs of lead and a energy-filled fiance who sat around all day and was ready to RUN.
