Really pushed it and felt it afterwards. Going to start integrating some speed work and oping it will pay off in the future. Tips and recommendations always welcome!


Tips, find a pace that you are comfortable with, judging by your most recent runs, maybe 08:50 per mile and go for a longer but more consistent (4-6 miles) pace. Bench mark against each mile (or km) so that they are roughly even.
