Getting more into the idea of running after work. Just get in the door, get changed and turn around again before I have chance to sit down. It worked today at least!

    Thanks everyone! Yes, I'm going to be trying this technique next week too. Perhaps lay out clothes before I leave for work so its once less thing to do (read: one more excuse not to get out the door).
