I freaking ♥ crossfit. I feel big already.

We weren't allowed to use bands on Fran so they had us doing jumping pullups instead, so I seriously need to learn to do kippings. I finished in 7:01 and used the RX weight, but those damn jumping pups hold me back. Grrrrr

Then, after ONLY TWO MINUTES REST we did Diane and I finished in 11:30 using the prescribed weight of 135# for my deadlifts.

My shoulders and triceps are exhausted and my traps and quads are already sore. I love it. I want hugeeeeeeeeeeee traps like a dinosaur!!!!!
