    Great! First outside bike ride since the knee surgery. Felt good not to be stationary looking at TV while cycling. Saw lots of runners out and I was jealous :-(

    Holy crap Seoul is hilly. Had a nice run to shake off the cob webs of the 14.5 hour flight bs the fact that I woke up at 3:30 am.
