  1. greatFangtastic 5k Run 3.2 mi / 00:34 10:35 pace

#fangtastic5k was a lot fun, although COLD! A nice leisurely run with a few friends and a fun Preds game to boot.

  2. goodAround the Neighborhood 4 mi / 00:41 10:13 pace

It turns out, 40 degrees is cold. New rule: below 50, gloves required. I guess I was spoiled when I was marathon training in San Francisco.

spoiled? Nah! Actually I will wear gloves below 60, I like warmer hands. Below 40, running pants required.

You also only drink a special kind of beer that you have to drive to Minnesota to get. I think we can all agree that you are a little off balance to start.

To be clear, I PREFER to drink beer only available in Minnesota, but I will drink any other beer, especially if it is free. :)

  9. good 1000 yd / 00:30

A nice "welcome back to working out" swim. Did 500m in 10 minutes and did a bunch of random 25 50 and 100 laps after that to roughly 1000m total.

Yeah, unfortunately that is not happening. I will spare you the details, but lets just say: injuries, cruise, work and bad planning :(
