    Plus another 1/4 mile cool-down that took 5-6 mins. Wore a different pair of shoes and my foot was much happier, so I definitely need to get back down to Road Runner and do something about the other pair I got there recently.

    I think I need to go back to Road Runner Sports to have them check my shoes. My left foot has been bothering me a bit in the arch area.
