that blew. legs felt tired and heavy the entire time. groin area was acting funky and quad was giving me trouble. took it slow until the end when I had a slow uphill climb, did my push then, then slowed again for the last .25 flat stretch. leg doesn't hurt going up hill, but that was about the only time it didn't hurt. I'm getting frustrated, i miss pain-free running. I'll get there.
before my run I also did 100 sit ups, 30 leg lifts, 20 push ups, then came back, did 15 on the ellipitcal and 100 more sit ups. am done.
