      They are a nice light shoe and feel good. But if I break the 5mi point or run more than 20mi in a week I have weird toe soreness and leg cramps. And this is definitely a gender specific issue, but where they rub on my big toe has formed a callus which now makes it painful for me to wear heels. I ran a 50k & could still wear heels, so I know it's the shoes. But I always have to never know!
