I just reached my major goal of running a 30 minute 5K. Too bad it's unofficial and on a treadmill. Still, that's 4 minutes under my PR, and a new PR for the mile - 8:10.

    Hey, if it happened, it's official in my book. Right now, my 1 mile & 5K PRs are training runs, and my new 10K PR at Cowtown HALF was mid-race (thankfully they timed the 10K split!).
