Nice run on a slightly different route. Love downtown living, as I ended with Mayberry Foodstuffs to pick up croissants and syrup for last nights "breakfast for dinner"

Solid run, turned uphill in Mt Adams instead of back down. Cruised pretty good up Monastery, then turned through Eden Park and back down Reading.

Changed it up completely on a new route through eden park. Really pushed it, especially on the steps behind channel 9.

Channel 9 steps are pretty difficult - kudos! If you like hills, try running up fulton (in the park, instead of curving around mirror lake, just follow the road up that big hill) to nassau. It pretty much murdered me today, more so than the stairs usually do.
