    Thanks, Captain Obvious but my beer gut reminds me of that every day ... :( Wench fail.

    FASTEST RUN TO DATE! Really pushed myself hard on this one. Ran barefoot. Finally getting used to the Vibrams. Still hurts to run, but my stride is definitely opening up more. WOOT WOOT! Beer time!

      The congrats is also for making it out of the ghetto alive. Good work. Running takes some getting back into and that part sucks. It feels amazing though once you get that stride back.
