    Felt good.. Till I was running under the sun. Worked on pace & breathing.

    Set a course for 5, couldn't do it. I haven't been running as much as I should be. Summer is basically here. Time to jam on it!

    Walked for the first minute or two. Felt much stronger. I'm ready to test my feets to a race like speed. Yeeeeaaaahhh buddy.
