      You are lucky that you can run on a treadmill. I can't. So I either need to run outside or, as I will do tomorrow, I run around in circle on an indoor track.

      We bought a cheap treadmill for the basement, but it's nice when the weather is nasty. It definitely beats those 1/10-mile tracks!

      Thanks Dave. I downgraded to the Des Moines half because injuries have kept my training mileage way down, and my body needs a longer break before another marathon. I registered for Boston, so training will resume in earnest come January!
