The beginning was great! But I went out too fast and by the end I was spent. My left knee was tightening up, and I felt like I could barely run the last mile. 1mile walk/1 min run to Mile 3, then .5mile walk/30sec run to mile 4, then ran for a bit walked for a bit until the end. I'm not sure what the deal with my knee is.
