Legs are sore from running this week so I decided to scrap TM and do just upper body and some stretching. The stretching felt soooooo gooooood!

I think this may be the first time I've broken the 11:30m/m mark on an easy run. I also love that in just one month, I've eliminated walk breaks on anything less than 3 miles.
