    Yet another half (4th overall) that I didn't prepare for. Ended up run/walking a large portion of this one and coming in below 3 hours was unexpected. I need to actually train for one of these.

    Just a short run to get out there today. I Planned on on going two miles, but I took the dog and he was misbehaving a bit so it turned into one mile run with a half mile walk.

    Long run for the week. Went a lot better than I expected. Felt kind of lousy the first two miles then felt really good until around mile seven. Perfect cool morning for a long run.
