Test run #2 was a success. Am going to run 1 mile every other day and see how it goes. If there is pain I will stop---tonight I felt fine and hopefully in the morning my foot will feel ok and will just continue that way...that's my plan. I think it's pretty conservative, but will allow my to slowly start running again.
