      I second that. Take your days off--once or twice a week. Your body needs time to heal between your workouts!

      Thanks, I took 2 days last week and 3 days this week and feel much better. I am not as far along in my training for the 5K next weekend, but at least I am feeling better! I guess just trying and finishing the 5K is an accomplishment. Thanks again for the advice and encouragement!
